Please follow the steps below to complete your order.
✍️ 1. Add Your Personalisation Details
Use the “Special Instructions” box at checkout to include:
• Name to be embroidered
• Font style (if you have a preference)
• Thread colour(s)
• Design details (e.g. icons, theme, placement)

⚠️ Please double-check spelling before submitting your order.
đź’ł 2. Complete Your Payment
Payments can be made via BOV Mobile Pay or Revolut on +356 79625573. Please include your order name or reference in the payment note so we can identify your order.
👉 Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.
đź’¬ 3. Design Confirmation
Once your order is placed, we will contact you via WhatsApp to:
• Confirm your personalisation details
• Discuss fonts, colours, and design options
• Ensure everything is exactly how you want it
🧵 4. Production
Your item will be carefully embroidered with attention to detail and quality.
Each piece is made to order, especially for you. Orders take between 7 and 10 business days to be ready.
đźšš 5. Delivery / Collection
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange:
• Delivery (if applicable)
or
• Collection (if applicable)
⚠️ Important Notes
• All items are custom-made and personalised
• Orders are non-refundable once processed
• Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of embroidery
