At Embroidery by Raya’s, all items are custom-made and personalised specifically for each client.

For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.

We kindly ask all customers to:
• Double-check spelling, names, dates, and details before confirming their order
• Review selected fonts, colours, and designs carefully

However, if there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect personalisation or a fault in the product), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item, and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

Important Notes
• Slight variations in colour, placement, or stitching may occur due to the handmade nature of embroidery
• These are not considered faults but part of the product’s uniqueness
